Do you believe you can make a difference to all children? If so, then this could be the role for you. Abbotswood is looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Behaviour and Emotional Support Worker as soon as possible.

Working as a member of the school's pastoral team, you will support all aspects of pupil's well-being, behaviour and achievement.

The role will involve a mixture of:

• Working alongside parents.
• Supporting pupils who have behavioural and attendance issues
• Providing pastoral support to a range of children with a variety of needs.

Do you enjoy working with children? Would you like to make a difference? Do you aspire to be a teacher in the near future?

Abbotswood Junior School is looking for a person to join our large established learning support team and work alongside our team of dedicated teachers. You will need to be well motivated and enjoy working with junior school age children, either in a class, small group or in a 1:1 situation. If you enjoy using your initiative, have good literacy and numeracy skills and preferably have experience of supporting children's development and learning, then please apply.
