Year 4 Abbington

We had a great time at Abbington. We explored Abbotswoods ground and found a foxes den and bat roosts. We plotted these on maps using photos we took. We researched into various animals that live locally and made top trumps cards. 

We set sand traps and saw fox paw prints. We were lucky to see videos of our fox family and other animals that live around our school. we then made a documentary on one of the animals.

We were also visited by James the ecologist who helped us explore the grounds and AJ from mad4animals who had us wearing cockroaches and holding snakes!
