The School Day

What time does the school day start?

At Abbotswood, we have a phased start to our day. The school gates open at 8.40am and close at 8.55am. During this time, our children can enter the site from either our front or back gate before making their way to their classroom and starting their morning activities. There will be plenty of adults on hand to ensure they arrive in the right place.

What time does the school day finish?

Our school day finishes at 3.15pm. Parents will be allowed onto our playground just before this time. Your child will be brought out onto the playground by their class teacher.

When is the school office open? 

Our office is open from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Outside of these times you are welcome to send an in-app Arbor message, email or leave a message, and we will get back to you when the office is open.
